This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) defines acceptable and prohibited uses of Ledgex Pty Ltd's sovereign hosting infrastructure and services. By using Ledgex services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
You may not use Ledgex services to host, transmit, or distribute content that: (a) violates Australian law; (b) infringes intellectual property rights; (c) contains malware, viruses, or malicious code; (d) promotes illegal activity; (e) is fraudulent or deceptive; or (f) violates the privacy or rights of others.
You may not: (a) send unsolicited bulk email (spam); (b) conduct denial-of-service attacks; (c) attempt unauthorised access to systems; (d) engage in network scanning or probing; (e) use services for cryptocurrency mining without explicit written agreement; or (f) resell services without authorisation.
All hosted content and activities must comply with applicable Australian laws including the Privacy Act 1988, Spam Act 2003, Copyright Act 1968, and the Security of Critical Infrastructure Act 2018. Ledgex reserves the right to remove content that violates Australian law.
You must not use Ledgex services in a manner that materially degrades the performance or availability of shared infrastructure for other customers. Excessive resource consumption may result in rate limiting or service suspension.
Ledgex reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including content removal, service suspension, or account termination. We will provide notice where practicable before taking action, except in cases of ongoing harm or legal obligation.
